Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
  • Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs
  • Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Process payroll on a weekly basis
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
  • Handle employee relations issues and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on HRrelated matters
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in HR management
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to handle employee relations issues with sensitivity and confidentiality
  • Strong conflict management skills to resolve workplace conflicts effectively
