Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
- Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Process payroll on a weekly basis
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
- Handle employee relations issues and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
- Provide guidance and support to managers on HRrelated matters
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in HR management
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle employee relations issues with sensitivity and confidentiality
- Strong conflict management skills to resolve workplace conflicts effectively

$55, $63,000.00 per year
