For our client, the market leader in hair and beauty accessories in Germany and Central and Eastern Europe, we are currently seeking a:

Human Resources Specialist m/f/d)

Location: Sinsheim

Salary: €50,000 - €70,000 per year

Your Profile:

Successfully completed degree in Human Resources or a commercial education with additional training as a Human Resources Specialist (m/f/d)
Minimum of 8 years of experience in the HR field
Strong communication and organizational skills
Excellent knowledge of legal regulations
Experience in payroll and salary administration
Proficient in MS Office
Structured, proactive work style and team player
Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is a plus
Excellent German and English skills

Your Responsibilities:

Point of contact for managers and employees (bluecollar and whitecollar) for all HRrelated questions
Implementation of operational HR topics, such as recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding, payroll administration
Active involvement in the development and implementation of the strategic direction in the HR field (e.g. expanding employer branding)
Administrative tasks (e.g. creating references, updating employment contracts, job descriptions)
Preparation of evaluations/statistics for the management team
