    As Director of Promotions you will take a lead role in driving sales and consistently showcasing our brand identity through strategic merchandising and impactful promotions.

    Director of Promotions - Responsibilities:

    Ensure seamless brand representation across all marketing touchpoints.
    Bridge the gap between brand strategy and immediate commercial priorities, delivering compelling digital experiences.
    Advocate for the digital customer internally, shaping the ideal future state and driving necessary changes.
    Collaborate with the digital team to develop a future-proof merchandise strategy.
    Strategically reduce reliance on costly channels through targeted digital enhancements.
    Cultivate strong partnerships with e-commerce and digital teams to ensure a unified brand presentation.
    Develop and execute a dynamic promotional calendar, featuring major campaigns and targeted offers.
    Create promotions that effectively reach specific audiences and leverage partnerships for maximum impact.
    Establish robust governance practices to ensure promotions align with commercial objectives.
    Drive clear internal processes and manage stakeholders to ensure ample time for the delivery of supporting materials.
    Director of Promotions - Requirements

    :

    Experience, with a significant focus on promotions within the travel industry.
    Proven ability to develop and execute cohesive brand strategies across diverse touchpoints.
    Deep understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing landscapes.
    Expertise in crafting targeted promotions and managing promotional calendars.
    Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
