How You Will Make A Difference:
The Group Admissions Director supports the admissions functions and processes across multiple treatment facilities.

The position works closely with the National Director of Admissions and admissions team members to provide assessment, referral, and admissions activities.

This position provides a high level of customer service to clients and referral sources by partnering with clinical services, the business office, and utilization review to coordinate multiple phases of the admissions process for clients seeking treatment services.

The Group Director of Admissions ensures all clients receive concierge level customer service throughout the admission process.


Position Responsibilities:


  • Provides compassionate and professional guidance to individuals and referring professionals seeking longerterm behavioral health services.
  • Reviews open inquiries to ensure active measures are being taken to bring viable inquiries to a successful close.
  • Guides clients and families toward appropriate treatment options, effectively highlighting the benefits of treatment in relation to the client's individual needs and circumstances.
  • Utilizes Salesforce CRM to record, monitor, and respond to admissions activities.
  • Maintains active and ongoing communication among key admissions decisionmakers and stakeholders.
  • Assists in determining and explaining insurance financing options for qualified customers.
  • Completes all necessary paperwork, record keeping, and reporting related to the admissions process.
  • Facilitates logistics to assist with scheduling facility tours and admissions, as needed.
  • Collaborates with Facility CEO/Executive Directors, Group CEOs, and admissions leadership throughout the Company to identify and overcome barriers to admission.

What We Are Seeking:


Position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent in combined education and experience, master's degree preferred, a minimum of two years of behavioral healthcare admissions experience, experience leading a team, strongly preferred.

  • Demonstrates a working knowledge of the admissions processes, general familiarity with psychiatric conditions and behavioral healthcare.
  • Demonstrates a highlevel efficiency, knowledge, and support to the team members, organization, and department goals.
  • Demonstrates strong problem solving and analytical skills and the ability to use sound judgement.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in computer/technology skills including MS Office and Salesforce.
  • Demonstrates excellent organizational and time management skills, to include detailed data management.
  • Demonstrates ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders and individuals from a variety of backgrounds.
  • Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrates desire to drive for results and consistently meet or exceed goals.
  • Demonstrates a strong belief in and commitment to the mission, values, and goals of the organization.
