- Conducting market research to identify potential sponsors and assess industry trends.
- Analyzing competitor sponsorship programs and industry benchmarks.
- Identifying key target industries and companies for sponsorship opportunities.
- Collaborating with the marketing, ticketing, stadium, and other internal departments to create attractive and compelling sponsorship packages.
- Customizing proposals based on the needs and objectives of potential sponsors.
Proactively reaching out to potential sponsors through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques.
Conducting presentations and meetings to pitch sponsorship opportunities. - Negotiating terms, pricing, and contractual agreements, closing partnerships with a six-figure average annual value.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a high energy sales position, preferably sponsorship, premium, or suite sales.

- Ability to work all Broncos home games, nights/weekends and keep a flexible schedule.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary range for this position is $65,000 - $80,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.

JOB SUMMARY
The Sales Manager will be responsible for securing corporate partnerships for the organization through both individual selling under the management of the VP, Corporate Partnerships. The primary goal will be to generate revenue through the sale of sponsorship packages, aligning with the company's objectives and enhancing its brand visibility. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to create compelling sponsorship proposals, negotiate contracts, and build strong, long-lasting relationships with corporate partners.
