What you will do:

YoungCapital is a young and energetic company that offers flexible HR solutions for clients in various industries and is continuing to grow in 2023. Our vision is to connect talents with renowned employers during their studies and support them in their career development. As a Sales Manager (m/f/d), you will work in a team with one of our Heads of Regional Sales Managers and be responsible for acquiring new customers and increasing sales in your region.

As a Sales Manager (m/f/d), your tasks will include:

Monitoring the market and following the latest trends
Building your own customer base and generating new customers, with the goal of achieving projected growth for Germany
Developing new products and services for top clients
Negotiating offers and contracts, as well as presenting YoungCapital to clients
Close collaboration with responsible parties within the company to ensure a unique customer experience
