I leverage BI and data visualization tools, customer feedback, and product enhancements to help provide clients with an in-depth understanding of their current environments, make informed decisions, and take corrective action when necessary to adapt to ever-changing business climates. 

Throughout my career in SaaS technology, I worked directly with clients to scope their software needs to solve enterprise-level issues and coordinate internal and external stakeholders for project scoping, implementation, and post-sale success. I possess a strong ability to find new revenue streams and partnerships and collaborate effectively with customers to achieve business objectives that scale the adoption of tools and products.

8 years as a sales professional onboarding and managing existing clients such as Anheuser-Bush, Beam Suntory, Lyft, Rover, Greystar, BlackRock, and countless other Fortune 500 companies. 

I possess a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and have taken MBA courses offered through Lyft Business such as People Management, Product Scoping and Revenue Cycle Management.
