- Communicates short and long-term customer production
- Ensures timely output of product in response to customer orders analyse, address and communicate production issues in a timely manner; workto develop solutions and improve production performance.
- Publish and perform root cause analysis in Actual vs. Scheduled Production, Downtime and Company KPIs.
- Calculates resulting requirements for raw materials, WIP, purchases parts and packaging based on MRP methodology.
- Coordinates equipment repairs or maintenance with appropriate personnel with zero impact to customers.
- Plans, coordinates and executes product bank builds in accordance tocompany policies
- Participation in physical inventory.
- Participates inLaunch, Balance Out and End Change meetings.
- Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS): Understand, apply and meet all function-related EHS requirements.
- Must comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Employee must have the abilityto work additional hours and / or overtime as needed or assigned to complete job duties on time.
- Ability to multitask, interact politely and professionally with customers, suppliers andvendors, and work cooperatively with employees at all levels.
- Ability to maintain predictable and regular attendance, arrive to designated location on time, or be at assigned locationready to work for assignment (plant, corporate office, or remote).
