Description

We are currently seeking a Project Manager to support our existing and new cold storage, food and beverage manufacturing and other industrial refrigeration customers.

• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of project implementation.
• Purchase materials, manage subcontractors required rental equipment, including all deliveries in support of projects.
• Conduct project meetings with Field Supervisors, Shop Foreman, General Contractors, Subcontractors, Customers and others.
• Maintain project schedule and costs through effective communication across functions and oversight of Field Supervisors. Help resolve all schedule, design and code issues.
• Coordinate startup/commissioning with our Service Department, Suppliers and Customers.
• Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve company goals, including productivity and safety.
• Lead others through example and sharing of knowledge and skill.

• Minimum of 3 years project leadership experience.
• Extensive knowledge of construction trades, methods, standards, codes, equipment.
• Ability and willingness to work in a range of environments, including visits to project sites.

• Desire to thrive in a dynamic and changing environment.
• Able to work in a team environment but also independently, with little supervision.
• Able to multitask while meeting deadlines.
