Job Summary:
Duties:
- _Input, process and reconcile contractor and supplier invoices_
- _Keep individual supplier credit line balances up to date and correct_
- _Review contractor documentation routinely to ensure accuracy and ready for annual audit_
- _Assist with client billing and payment processing_
- _Maintain up to date entry of company credit card transactions_
- _Ensure backup for all required financial transactions is obtained and correct_
- _Maintain financial filing system_
- _Support the team with various office tasks including some HR duties as needed_
- _Work cooperatively with partners, project teams and office staff to create smooth operations _
Requirements:
- _Experience with QuickBooks preferred_
- _Google Suite and Windows proficiency necessary_
- _Knowledge of GAAP strongly desired_
- _Ability to handle confidential information with integrity_
- _Strong attention to detail and organizational skills_
