The following position is to join our RTX Corporate, Enterprise Services, Research Center or BBN team:

Position Overview:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Specific responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Deep knowledge on SAP, Oracle, and Workday licensing and ERP architecture to support ERP leader drive various commercial & solutioning efforts
Demonstrates thorough knowledge, and/or a proven record of success, in executing various functional and technical aspects of ERP projects following industry best practices
Collaborate with Senior leadership to provide guidance and insight on transitioning from ECC to S/4 HANA and issues and opportunities to ensure transformation activities are well aligned with senior leadership strategies.
Influence, and advise on S/4 HANA strategies and issues
Develop RFPs based on stakeholder requirements
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to summarize and translate data into executive level analysis & presentations
Strong leadership skills, including team advocacy and a relentless prioritization mindset
Analyze pricing and negotiate/redline complex technology agreement terms and conditions
Build strong partnerships across various stakeholders (legal, finance, etc.)

Minimum Requirements

Minimum 14 years of experience in large, crossfunctional teams influencing seniorlevel management and key stakeholders effectively across the organization and within complex contexts
Minimum 14 years in strategy and transformation efforts tied to the licensing and aligning with the SAP architecture for all ERP systems
Influence, and advise on S/4 HANA strategies and issues
Experience developing RFPs based on stakeholder requirements tied to S4 HANA transformation projects
Ability to effectively communicate, execute and manage contracts that meet technical, cost, and schedule goals
Must possess strong collaboration skills and demonstrated business results working internally with functional service owners in Enterprise Services and across business units, as well as externally with suppliers
Minimum 10 years experience with sourcing roles and functions, including creating sourcing roadmaps, developing category strategies, licensing/asset management, risk management, action item management, requirement change management, and metrics management
Demonstrated ability to understand financial information, budgets and program performance and develop strategies and business cases to improve performance in these areas
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and lead a small team through dynamic change
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements

Desired Qualifications

Strong project management skills and ability to convert requirements into executable strategies, and ability to develop and manage an integrated master schedule
Ability to effectively work with and communicate with all levels of management and individual contributors on the program team

Minimum Education:

Typically requires:
A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 14 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 12 years' experience
