    Cryopak is seeking a driven US National Sales Director to join our leading company As our US National Sales Director, you will lead the development of new business for our full-service thermal packaging company focused on food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries with an emphasis on pharma and biomedical.

    Cryopak is a leading and innovative, cold chain & temperature-controlled packaging solutions manufacturer, for pharmaceutical, life science, biotech, food, and electronic companies.

    Cryopak helps to maintain the integrity of our customer's products through the design, testing and manufacturing of packaging and materials for shipping cold chain products.

    We also provide the hardware and software for temperature verification along the distribution process.

    HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE (Overview & Key Responsibilities):

    As our US National Sales Director (NSD) you will be responsible for the development of new business for the Cryopak-Packaging business unit with an emphasis on Pharma and Biomedical.

    This will be accomplished by account management from the NSD for opportunities and through the development and management of all new and existing clients assigned to the US sales team members.

    In addition, you will be responsible for overseeing all inside sales including the day-to-day support of the major house accounts as well as others.

    The responsibility of processing and managing all orders inventory and coordination falls upon the sales support/inside sales team and the NSD, with General Manager oversight.

    The NSD will negotiate and manage all high-level contacts and contracts with the General Manager.

    All new projects and final strategies still must be coordinated with the General Manager and Manufacturing prior to final quoting while also following the existing established margin rules.

    Pursue new accounts in the Biomedical, Pharmaceutical, Industrial and Food temperature assurance packaging arena. Meeting and exceeding all assigned revenue, sales volume and profit targets and objectives.

    Work as a team leader with the sales force, as well as other manufacturing locations to ensure proper execution and follow through for all orders and projects exceeding all customers' expectations.

    Hold all sales team members accountable for achieving and exceeding specific and measurable KPI's. Weekly sales force reporting for pipelines, projects status, market studies and strategic plan execution. Budgeting and forecasting are also critical to the strategic plans.
    Assist the Marketing department with focused campaign creations and provide feedback for marketing department initiatives.
    Represent Cryopak as a leader in temperature assurance packaging by attending tradeshows and other conferences in the US.

    WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Minimum Qualifications):
    High School Diploma required - Bachelor's degree preferred.
    A minimum of 5 years' previous related sales management experience.
    Must have thermal packaging experience and be pharmaceutical packaging literate.

    HubSpot

    Maintain acceptable level of costs through a territory coverage plan that is effective and efficient and ensures a proper level of quality and frequency of account coverage.

    Conflict management and resolution skills.
