    Summary of Responsibilities:
    • Responsible for driving real estate development projects from beginning to end
    • Assist the development management team throughout all project phases, including site acquisition, contracts, programming, entitlement, design, finance, construction, and leasing/marketing
    • Create and modify complex financial models to include cash flow projections, valuation models and sensitivity analyses
    • Prepare pre development and development schedules
    • Oversee and coordinate drawing sets through design cycle
    • Track and analyze market comparables; and benchmark projects
    • Perform lender due diligence
    • Prepare comprehensive monthly reports for investors
    • Interpret financial performance with senior management
    • Coordinate capital calls
    • Prepare project updates to investors and management
    • Assist with negotiation and execution of contracts
    • Participate in the process of sourcing new development and acquisition opportunities
    • Participate and assist with preparation of government agencies program applications, such as HPD, DOB, DOT, City Planning, etc.
    • Review and analyze Request for Proposals (RFP), as well as participate in the preparation of RFP submission packages
    • Perform other duties assigned
    Summary of Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college required
    • An advanced degree in Real Estate Development, Business Administration or similar preferred
    • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in real estate development or investment, business management, architecture, or other related activities in the real estate industry
    • Knowledge of general workflow and processes of building construction
    • Advanced knowledge of budgets, cost reports and accounting terms
    • Bilingual in Hebrew and English
    • Effective financial, interpersonal, and analytical skills
    • High attention to detail
    • Effective oral and written communication skills
    • Successful ability to present recommendations and interact with senior management and investment partners
    • Proficient knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
    • Ability to travel
    Compensation & Benefits:
