- Managing accounts payable processes, including reviewing and coding invoices, resolving vendor disputes, and maintaining positive relationships with vendors.
- Handling accounts receivable tasks, such as timely invoicing, following up on payments, and maintaining good relationships with clients' customers.
- Supervising cash balances to meet financial commitments and anticipate short-term cash needs.
- Completing month-end close tasks accurately and on time.
- Conducting cost allocations and assisting with audits, tax returns, and budget preparation.
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
- Performing other assigned projects and tasks.
- Solid accounting background with a good understanding of GAAP.
- Strong communication, time management, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
- Experience in payroll processing and journal entries.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- 4-6 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
- A quiet workspace for video calls, high-speed internet, and ability to work on a computer.
