Local Construction Company has an open position for a full-time as Administrative Assistant. Great entry opportunity for someone who is studying Accounting or Business. Daily translating from Spanish to English is required.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • End of day employee interviews/Daily Reporting
  • Job Costing
  • Data Entry
  • Scanning and Filing
  • Phone Answering
  • Minor Office Clean Up
  • Job site materials Inventory
  • Assist Account Manager and Administrator
Full time Monday through Friday from 9:30 am to 6:00pm. Benefits are included.


Minimal requirements:

  • High school graduate
  • Outlook, Excel, Word
  • Accounts Payable Knowledgeable
  • Phone etiquette
  • Able to translate, communicate, and write in Spanish.
  • 10 Key
