Local Construction Company has an open position for a full-time as Administrative Assistant. Great entry opportunity for someone who is studying Accounting or Business. Daily translating from Spanish to English is required.Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- End of day employee interviews/Daily Reporting
- Job Costing
- Data Entry
- Scanning and Filing
- Phone Answering
- Minor Office Clean Up
- Job site materials Inventory
- Assist Account Manager and Administrator
Minimal requirements:
- High school graduate
- Outlook, Excel, Word
- Accounts Payable Knowledgeable
- Phone etiquette
- Able to translate, communicate, and write in Spanish.
