    Description
    Century Group is partnering with a hospitality company who is seeking an Accounting Manager. This position will be fully onsite in their Santa Barbara office and is contract-to-hire. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $47 to $50 per hour.


    Job Description:
    Directs and coordinates the activities of the Corporate Accounts Payable TeamResponsible for hiring, conducting performance evaluations, disciplinary measures, and terminations of the staffAssures that the duties and responsibilities of each job are clearly defined, effective and communicated to the staffPrepares Payroll related accounting entries and reconciliationsAssists in development of annual budgetsMaintains and monitors the fixed asset depreciation system


    Requirements:
    Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports and documentsDemonstrated proficiency in Microsoft ApplicationsAbility to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference


    Experience:
    Bachelor's degree in related field and a minimum of 10 years' relevant experience and/or training with five years previous experience as a manager
