    Epson, a $10B global leader in high-quality consumer electronics, imaging, and point of sale printing devices, is seeking an exceptional Sales Coordinator to join our Sales Operations team.

    The Sales Coordinator is responsible for facilitating the timely and accurate processing of direct end user order requests and contracts and while ensuring orders and contracts are processed in compliance with all policies and procedures.

    This position will be based out of Epson Americas headquarters in Los Alamitos, CA with the opportunity for a hybrid work schedule

    Principal Accountabilities
    In addition to the following Epson's policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Submit and review credit applications for pre-approval of direct end user orders
    • Obtain quotes
    • Coordinate new customer setup and maintain existing customer setup and account information in Salesforce/CRM
    • Ensure completeness and accuracy of order documents including leasing requirements and maintenance contract
    • Coordinate with CAS and logistics on deliveries
    • Coordinate with service on ongoing hardware service
    • Acts as liaison with end user, leasing company, leadership, sales and service
    • Tracking and timely reporting of order status from entry to final invoicing
    • Coordinate with leasing companies to ensure timely funding of lease transactions
    • Responsible for ensuring complete and timely collection of all customer documents
    • Coordinate with leasing company or CAS reps regarding issues related to billing and customer inquiries
    • Meter collection and CPP billing oversight
    • Document management - maintain and organize contracts, lease copies, and negotiations for retrieval when requested by customer, leadership, or sales team
    • Contract Renewal Report & Contract MIF Review to assist reps with Quarterly Business Reviews
    • Track order and document approval status in SAP and other systems
    • Other duties as assigned

    What you will bring:

    • 2-5 years experience as a coordinator supporting sales preferable in the consumer electronics industry in an administrative financing role
    • Completion of an undergraduate program or equivalent experience
    • Highly detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel
