In this role, you will play a crucial role in selling the venue for events and contributing to our mission through strategic revenue generation.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain guest relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations.
- Champion and own exceptional guest service. Create memorable and unique experiences for our guests, that reflect our organization's values.
- Prepare and present engaging proposals for event and catering services, highlighting our special offerings and competitive pricing.
- Conduct venue tours and presentations, highlighting the exceptional venue.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring all agreements comply with organizational policy, insurance requirements, and legal compliance.
- Manage event logistics, coordinating, and clearly communicating with internal teams and vendors for seamless execution.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, sales data and event details.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in outside sales, food and beverage sales, event catering, or a related field.
- Proven track record of exceeding goals and building strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to preparation.
- Proficiency in a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platform.
- Understanding of and passion for our nonprofit mission and its impact on the community.
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive salary plus bonus incentives and benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for personal and professional development.
Pay:
$70, $80,000.00 per year
