Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in generating leads and closing sales
- Coordinate salesreceive and enter PO details in QuickBooks
- Contact plant to place orders based on POs from the clients
- Provide excellent customer service to maintain client relationships
- Manage accounts and provide account management support
- Prepare packages of our products
- Arrange shipping with UPS, FedEx, DHL
Skills:
- Proficiency in Japanese is a plus
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and QuickBooks is a plus
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience in outside sales is advantageous
