Description
Execute membership renewal campaigns for periods specified

  • Manage a high call volume (inbound and outbound)
  • Update account details as needed
  • Work with Membership Director on determining schedule and execution of campaigns
  • Provide customer service to members, potential members, as well as the general public.
  • Provide customer service to calls received through the Member Services Call Center
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook)
  • Good verbal and written communications skills
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience with tele sales, telemarketing
  • At least 4 years of customer service experience
  • At least 4 years of data entry experience
  • Ability to effectively manage deadlines
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred

Pay:
$ $24.00 per hour
