Membership Sales Coordinator - Los Angeles, United States - Los Angeles County Bar Association
Description
Execute membership renewal campaigns for periods specified- Manage a high call volume (inbound and outbound)
- Update account details as needed
- Work with Membership Director on determining schedule and execution of campaigns
- Provide customer service to members, potential members, as well as the general public.
- Provide customer service to calls received through the Member Services Call Center
- Other duties as assigned
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook)
- Good verbal and written communications skills
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with tele sales, telemarketing
- At least 4 years of customer service experience
- At least 4 years of data entry experience
- Ability to effectively manage deadlines
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
Pay:
$ $24.00 per hour
