    Therapydia is searching for an experienced Health Care Coordinator

    Health Care Coordinators are:

    • An administrative guru with a strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
    • Have a passion for supporting others. Greeting patients in a warm and friendly manner comes naturally to you
    • Very comfortable being on the phone and have strong follow-up skills.

    Responsibilities of a Health Care Coordinator:

    • Answer a high volume of phone calls.
    • Schedule appointments for new and existing patients.
    • Complete the entire patient registration progress
    • Collect co-pays and deductibles for both in-network and out-of-network patients.
    • Data entry in various software programs.
    • Manage the clinic's closing duties.
    • Assist with administrative marketing tasks.
    • Assist the other Therapydia clinics in the region as needed.

    Health Care Coordinator Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of administrative experience.
    • Previous experience in health care or patient care is preferred
    • Successful completion of the Indeed skills assessments with a passing score.
    • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
    • Previous experience with G-Suite, RingCentral, WebPT, and Kareo is a plus
    • Stellar references.

    Health Care Coordinator Compensation

    • $20 to $25/hour based on experience.
    • Medical, dental, & vision insurance; FSA, STD, LTD, & Life Insurance
    • Matching 401K Plan
    • 15 days PTO + 10 paid company holidays

    Compensation Range: $20 to $25/ hour. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
