Our dental practice is seeking to fill Patient Care Coordinator positions.Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Answer incoming calls
- Greet, check patients in/out
- Treatment Planning and presenting
- Insurance verification and detailed understanding of plans
- Perform general office duties and other duties as required.
- Productive scheduling
- Patient communications with a high professional skills
- Be a team player
- Control and direct daily patient flow
Must posses these qualities:
- be a team player who can work independently as well, is reliable, punctual, able to prioritize tasks and manage time
- Work well in a fastpaced environment, supports the office culture, and stays strong under pressure
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Opendental software experience a plus, but willing to train
- Professionally and upbeat personality
- High Initiative and self problem solver
Job Type:

$ $25.00 per hour
