I am an adaptable recent college graduate from Valparaiso University and obtained my Registered Nurse license in February 2023. Throughout my academic career, I was consistently praised as quality-oriented by my professors and peers and I received honors from being ranked in the top 30% of my class. While working on academic and extracurricular projects, I developed proven multitasking, problem-solving, and leadership skills, which I hope to leverage into the hospital setting. 

After graduating from college, I made a heartfelt decision to provide medical care for a family member before pursuing a job in my field. This decision was driven by a deep desire to support and care for my grandmother, who is battling middle-stage dementia. Knowing that my grandmother required constant assistance and compassionate care, I chose to become her dedicated home health family caregiver during this challenging time.
