- Provide support to the Audit HR Business Advisors across the country
- Prepare, analyze, and distribute a variety of reports including turnover, employee engagement surveys, and assist with employee-related processes
- Support and participate in the annual performance development processes, including interim, year-end and compensation planning
- Work on special projects, developing project plans and managing through implementation and follow-ups
- Minimum three years of recent progressive human resources experience, preferably in a professional services environment
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in human resource management, organizational development, or business administration or relevant work experience
- Comprehensive understanding of HR principles; in-depth knowledge of HR-related laws and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel with knowledge of PeopleSoft
- Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, presentation and facilitation skills; able to develop clear and concise written communications and prepare performance documentation
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with the firm's partners and employees
