BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience
- Experience navigating a knowledge base and following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Effective verbal/written communication and data presentation skills
The Strategy Labor Lead is responsible for completing deep dives, answering site questions, and escalating issues when additional support is needed.
This role will also be responsible for running projects related to Staffing Strategies in order to improve the accuracy of numerous projects and programs within the planning space.
This position is NOT remote and DOES require you to be onsite in Tempe, AZ.Key job responsibilities
- Perform Deep Dives to understand FC performance or trends.
- Respond to site questions and issues raised through various programs.
- Effectively identify and communicate issues and escalate to management.
- Work well in a team environment and act as an advisor to FC customers.
- Highly organized, excellent multitasking skills, and efficient in ambiguous situations
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Supply Chain or related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Prior experience within Amazon Fulfillment/Supply Chain
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast paced environment.
