What about experience supporting Financial Advisors? If you answered yes to these questions, the Wealth Strategist role could be the right opportunity for you Wealth Management Advice and Solutions (WMAS) - Wealth Management Consultation Wealth Management Advice and Solutions is responsible for leading the firm in ensuring our clients are on track to meet their financial goals.

The Client Consultation Group provides tailored financial strategies to clients by partnering with our branch teams to review and analyze complex client needs and goals.


What you Will Do:


You'll be joining a team of high-energy associates, with tenure ranging from years to decades, dedicated to personal development, inclusion and diversity, and partnering with financial advisors as part of the client team.


Additional responsibilities include:

  • Develop goalsbased advice and strategies for clients with complex needs using a team approach.
  • Contribute to departmental objectives, projects and initiatives in order to better serve branch teams and clients
  • Provide branches with solutionsbased coaching to support the integration of financial planning.

The salary range for this role is based on national data and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors for a potential new associate:


Hiring Minimum:
$70659


Hiring Maximum:
$116516


Skills/Requirements

What Experience You Need:


  • 5 years' experience in the Financial Services Industry
  • Series 7 and 66 required within 6 months of hire
  • Insurance license required within 6 months of hire
  • CFP designation (or equivalent) process began within 6 months of hire
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Law required

What Could Set You Apart:


  • Indepth knowledge of the financial planning concepts
  • Ability to support a financial advisor in evaluating solutionsbased strategies for client needs
  • Understanding of Financial Advisor/ and Branch Team Support member(s) processes including the implementation of Core Wealth, Banking, and Financial Planning offerings.
