- Scanning incoming rent checks with envelope and distributing as directed

- Maintaining the office equipment by ordering supplies, calling for tech support and keeping the areas around the equipment clean
- Keeping track of office supplies and ordering supplies as needed.
- Scheduling and confirming meetings and appointments on the calendar
- Calling Vendors and Service Providers for information
- Assisting with various projects as directed by management
- Punctual and responsible
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suite
- Able to Multitask and work in a fast pace environment
- Organized and pay attention to details
- Work efficiently and be a team player
