Description

The Assistant Operations Admin Officer will assist the Operations Admin Officer III in handling daily operations workflow and branch support to maintain system integrity, compliance requirements, and client satisfaction.

Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers while providing exemplary customer service. Daily client calls supporting, returns, non-post items, check fraud review and other duties. Support internal and external clients with debit cards, and consumer online banking products.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES REQUIRED:

Good written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively and project a professional image when giving and taking information in writing, in person, and over the phone.
Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries.
