Description

Responsibilities

  • Interview and greet patients at the door
  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals
  • Check patient in and out as well as schedule appointments
  • Perform patient checkout and assist with scheduling on all devices
  • Perform general office duties
  • Must have knowledge of Microsoft office + general computer knowledge
  • Maintain open communication with patients regarding their needs, as well as with other employees within the office (i.e., referrals, questions, etc.)
  • Document all patient calls/visits within an electronic health record system in a timely manner
  • Update electronic health record database on a regular basis with current information
  • Other duties as assigned by manager

Education/Experience/Skills/Qualifications/Certifications/Licenses/Certification Information

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. Medical Assistant certificate or diploma is preferred. Training may be provided for the right individual.
  • Previous experience in healthcare is preferred.

Job Type:
Part -time with consideration for Full-Time


Pay:

$ $19.00
per hour, depending on experience


Schedule:


  • Monday & Thurs : 8am12pm
  • Tue, Wed, Fri: 9am3pm
  • On occasion, may also be asked to work full time
