- Manages calendar(s) and schedules meetings, which will include coordinating with internal and external constituents and responding to calendar requests appropriately and timely
- Travel booking arrangements, including flights, hotels, rental cars, and taxis
- Work independently to prioritize, coordinate and connect with all management levels, internally and externally, as well as other administrative staff across the company, while maintaining a high level of confidentiality
- Processes expense reports and timesheets in a timely manner
- Exercise judgment, tact, and discretion when supporting executive management, internally and externally
- Manages and executes event planning for key agency functions and client meetings in partnership with Chief of Staff and Employee Experience staff
- Conduct research and build presentations, spreadsheets and other various documents as necessary
- Assist in special projects and ad hoc requests as assigned by supervisor
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments while delivering consistent, quality work
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work with little supervision and to seek help when needed
- Ability to build strong internal and external relationships
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Advanced level of proficiency in Google Suite, including Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides
- Professional, positive attitude, articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent e-mail and phone etiquette and ability to work independently with strong administrative problem-solving skills
- Highly organized, flexible, and able to prioritize
- Ability to multi-task in a highly visible fast-paced, team-oriented environment with high attention to detail
- A self-starter and proactive
- Must be able to interface with all levels of executive and senior management and able to handle highly confidential matters and information
- 5-7 years of related experience at the C-suite level required
- Experience within a fast-paced marketing or advertising agency strongly preferred

Purpose
The Executive Assistant role is responsible for performing a full range of executive-level administrative duties in a highly reliable and confidential nature for the Chief of Staff, President, Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Co-Chief Creative Officers.

Our estimated range for this role is $80-85K
Compensation packages are based on the skill level and experience each candidate brings to their role.
There may also be a more senior or junior position available that could be a better fit with your expertise.
