Choose for the better!
The one thing you can’t take away from me is the way I choose to respond to what you do to me. The last of one’s freedoms is to choose one’s #attitude in any given circumstance. - (Viktor Frankl)
Remember that you can choose your attitude and approach today towards whatever you face at home or work. It is in your control. Choose for the better!

Added thought .. there is a Dr Karl Benzio who has a healing Ministry for addictions and mental health issues which I found when helping a friend ..
One of the resources found on their site is “Stepping Stones” (articles rich with insights about being a broken human being - which we all are) - Dr. Benzio concludes every article with theses words
“so choose well”

Thank you for sharing such an inspiring quote
I am reading right now Man's Search for Meaning by Victor Frankl -
For uncounted reasons - this book should be required reading .. (I might suggest beginning in high school ) and again later in life
Victor's thoughts are profound .. far beyond common understanding
.. what he endured in those years in Nazi concentration camps is FAR beyond human understanding
I marvel at the soul & spirit of this man who LOST everything and yet sought to find some gain
.. if only in laying hold of this pearl of understanding “the last of one's freedom is to choose one's attitude in any given circumstance” 💜
