    Description
    Our client is seeking a Full-Time Manager Operations Services to support US based LNG export facility and service the global demand for North American natural gas. This Houston Texas based position will support the long-term development of clean and reliable North American energy supplies. This position is located in Houston, TX, with travel to Louisiana and Arlington as needed.

    Responsibilities:
    • Leads strategic operational initiatives and develops business case studies/proposals in alignment with leadership across multiple assets.
    • Manages the operational business performance and management system, including standard reporting formats, tracking tools, and planning mechanisms, ensuring alignment with company vision and strategy.
    • Establishes and maintains the Operations Plan for all Operating assets, collaborating with discipline leads to define key targets, KPIs, and performance measures to drive business decisions, reporting directly to Executive leadership.
    • Develops and maintains standardized management reporting formats.
    • Provides leadership with reporting on Operational initiatives to facilitate informed business decisions.
    • Ensures appropriate planning and scheduling functionality supports Operations activities.
    • Applies necessary planning, governance, and assurance to operations processes, ensuring alignment with business expectations and analyzing capabilities to maintain organizational alignment.
    • Conducts meetings and assists in developing alternative solutions for operational plans, communicating any deviations from the current plan.
    • Assists operations team in resolving issues related to cost and schedule.
    • Ensures compliance with industry procedures and practices.
      Qualifications:
      • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred, or equivalent experience in the LNG project engineering and/or construction industry.
      • 10 years of experience, preferably in LNG and Operations Planning/Services.
      • Demonstrated success in proactively improving processes and systems.
      • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
      • Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels and with diverse groups.
      • Strong organizational and planning skills, capable of managing multiple activities and programs with accuracy and timeliness.
      • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), with specific expertise in Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 preferred.
      • Ability to establish accountability across the organization through performance measurement and management, including managing schedules, costs, risks, and MOC changes.
      • Effective cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to draft focused messages and present key details to drive business decisions.
