- Ensure an exceptional customer experience
- Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard top talent
- Manage store operations, including POS transactions and inventory control

- Cultivate a premium employer image in your market
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a weekly basis
- Ability to reach overhead into the back of shelving units to maintain inventory
- Ability to work independently in a store during scheduled shifts

With 26 locations across the Midwest and South, we're poised for remarkable growth, planning to double our stores in the next 3-5 years. Our mission is to enhance our community's well-being by relieving foot, knee, and back pain through premium Good Feet Arch Supports.
Your Role:
As a Full-Time Sales Manager at Good Feet Midwest, you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales and exceeding performance expectations. You'll focus on maximizing sales and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. If you have a proven track record in sales, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for enhancing people's well-being, join our team and embark on a journey to positively impact lives through exceptional sales performance.
