Meridian Restoration is recruiting a Sales Manager to lead a team of sales reps helping clients navigate the restoration process after weather-related damages have occurred to their property.
The company is locally owned and operated with a primary focus on roofing, siding, and window replacement. We are based out of Rolling Meadows, IL and service the entire Chicagoland metro area.
This position includes, but is not limited to, the following tasks and expectations:
Team Development and Growth:
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies
- Develop and maintain standardized onboarding and training procedures
- Support Field Representatives advancement through one on one coaching
- Maintain alignment with the company Core Values
Drive Financial Results:
- Increase annual revenue by meeting or exceeding daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
- Lead Saturday Sales blitz initiatives
- Track field representative KPIs; address deficiencies as they occur and recognize over achievers
- Support field representatives with adjustments and customer interactions as needed
- Provide production support to field representatives and ensure client satisfaction as projects are completed
- Maintain updated job central app through biweekly meetings with Field Representatives.
Advance Company Culture:
- Acknowledge, encourage, and reward positive behavior
- Host frequent meet ups with sales team during the week and biweekly group events throughout season
- Work with Sales Directors to provide ongoing coaching content shared at sales meetings
- Actively participate in larger team events
Compensation:
- $50,000+ base annual salary (based on experience) and realistic possibility of $250,000+ total compensation annually, dependent on your team's results
- Annual performance bonus (23% of your team's sales)

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Experience working as a Sales Manager supervising doortodoor field reps
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
- A minimum of 1 year working experience in a similar role
- Extremely organized with good communication skills
- Detailoriented with an aptitude for problemsolving
- The ability to perform basic math functions
