Venture X is seeking a Sales Manager for two locations in suburban Chicago to help lead all sales efforts. A successful Sales Manager will work creatively to achieve and maintain maximum occupancy.
This self-driven and self-motivated individual will have the ability to build brand awareness in the community with great networking abilities.
They will be responsible for the full sales cycle; pitching, touring, and closing sales.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage lead generation and prospecting (i.e., cold calling, social media, networking, events, references, etc.) for Venture X and our networking group; Network Lead Exchange.
- Manage inbound leads and existing sales.
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline to achieve maximum occupancy.
- Build brand awareness for new lead opportunities by networking with community groups, associations, and attending/promoting at community events.
- Work diligently to convert leads provided by third parties, references, online, or other channels.
- Utilize innovative and creative sales tactics.
- Partner with marketing to drive revenue growth through social media and other various advertisements.
- Tour and demonstrate Venture X business solutions with potential members.
- Maintain the CRM system with updated and accurate data.
- Finalize Membership Agreements, Licenses, and invoices on all conversions.
- Review profit and loss with the Director of Member Engagement or CEO to strategize ways to maximize ROI and revenue growth.
- Coordinate weekly meetings with the Director of Member Engagement or CEO to review pipeline and sales progress.
- Run online Zoom meetings and organize inperson networking socials for Network Lead Exchange socials
- Assist with planning fun events for our members and the community.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Experience in sales, preferably in B2B sales or commercial real estate.
- Presentation and highlevel communication skills required.
- The ability to discover new ways of creating revenue streams.
- The ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
- Business development experience is a plus.
- The ability to network and build personal relationships in the community with key prospects, clients, influencers, associations, and organizations.
- The ability to nurture Clevel relationships.
- A strong desire to succeed.
Pay:
$45, $50,000.00 per year
