    Payroll Specialist

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform proper and accurate payroll codification of employee wages and pay.
    • Assist timekeepers with payroll policies and procedures.
    • Review entries in time and attendance to ensure accuracy.
    • Process time and attendance date.
    • Utilize ADP Workforce Now and E-time advanced scheduler.

    Qualifications for the Payroll Specialist:

    • Associate degree from an accredited college or university.
    • Proficiency in ADP Work Force Now and E-time advance scheduler.
    • ADP Certified is a plus.
    • A minimum of 2-3 years' practical experience in payroll processing and time and attendance systems.
    • Experience in payroll processing and time and attendance systems.
    • Experience in human resources and healthcare a plus.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, ability to maintain confidentiality and navigate sensitive situations, collaborate as well as work independently.
