Your role:

As a Payroll Specialist / HR Administrator

Payroll (m/f/d), you are the sought-after expert for all payroll matters in our company.

Your tasks:

After an intensive training, you will independently handle the payroll for approximately 250 employees in collaboration with our external service provider.

This includes

Responsibility for timely and efficient payroll processing, including all associated pre and postprocessing tasks.
Maintenance of payrollrelevant master and movement data
Participation in monthly and annual financial statements, also in collaboration with other functions in our company
Acting as a contact person for management and employees for questions related to payroll
Communication and interaction with social security agencies, tax authorities, and government agencies
Representation of the employer in social security and tax audits
Preparation of evaluations, statistics, and analyses in collaboration with personnel
