Job Duties:


  • Process timesheets and biweekly payroll for employees accurately;
  • Work with each department to make sure time cards are approved
  • Process and maintain biweekly payroll reports
  • Knowledge of shift differentials
  • Maintain employee records and update changes in payroll system
  • Calculate and process deductions, taxes, and garnishments
  • Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve any issues or errors
  • Assist employees with online access to payroll system
  • Update monthly ACA reports and files
  • Assist with yearend payroll activities such as W2 and ACA processing
  • Assist Director of Finance with projects and some accounting duties

Requirements:


  • High School degree required; 4 year degree preferred
  • Experience with Payroll Based Journal is preferable but not required.
  • Accounting experience a plus
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Must interact with interdepartmental staff, residents and vendors in a professional manner
  • Team player attitude with the ability to work independently.
  • Well organized, selfstarter and possess time management skills.

Pay:
$50, $60,000.00 per year
