    Pietra is a innovative platform that empowers all types of Creators with the opportunity to bring their product or lifestyle brand ideas to life.     ROLE OVERVIEW:

    Join us as a pivotal member of the sales strategy and operations team at Pietra, contributing to the development of a scalable and predictable high-growth business. Collaborate with the sales team and internal departments to design innovative systems, establish efficient workflows, and optimize our GTM tech stack (e.g. Salesforce) to enhance the effectiveness and output of our sales team.

    In this position, you will delve deep into revenue performance to offer valuable insights to sales management and frontline staff. You possess the ability to interpret data effectively and ensure its cleanliness and usability. This role is ideal for individuals experienced in managing excellence at a large scale and operating within rapidly expanding, high-ambiguity teams with a broad scope.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Set clear DRI responsibilities, milestones, deadlines, and roadmaps to manage stakeholder expectations
    • Collaborate with analytics teams to develop top-notch dashboards and reports for monitoring business performance
    • Create actionable insights through scalable reporting and ad-hoc analyses
    • Define, manage, and provide insights on key performance indicators
    • Implement initiatives to boost sales team efficiency and productivity
    • Establish and manage operational processes related to business planning and sales operations across the full-funnel lifecycle
    • Design workflows and playbooks for cross-functional teams and sales units
    • Supervise the implementation of essential systems and tools in coordination with internal teams
    • Conduct detailed analyses on critical performance metrics, offering root cause analysis and pertinent insights for business management
    • Prepare weekly updates on business growth/metrics, forecasts, and trends for senior leadership

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 4-8 years of experience in sales, strategy, and operations in a high-tech growth setting, or operational roles in areas such as investment banking, management consulting, private equity, venture capital, or business insights/analytics
    • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
    • Proficient analytical skills and a structured problem-solving approach for unique business challenges
    • Hands-on experience with extracting, manipulating, and analyzing extensive datasets using SQL and sales tools (e.g. Salesforce, Apollo, etc.)
    • Enthusiastic approach to tackling tasks with flexibility and adaptability in fast-paced, dynamic environments
