- Actively generate new outbound sales lead channels
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities, such as lead calling, to identify and qualify potential customers of a variety of different sources.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through effective lead generation techniques.
- Initiate contact with prospects via cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and other channels.
- Nurture relationships with prospects and follow up on leads to convert them into sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized solutions and proposals for clients.
- Track and report on sales metrics and KPIs to measure progress and performance.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Provide regular feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions as required.
- 3+ years in Outbound Sales and operations roles.
- Proven track record of success in outbound sales, lead generation, and business development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence prospects.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools such as Hubspot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Zoominfo,
