- Monitor and analyze regional performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement
- Collaborate with store managers to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Conduct regular store visits to assess operational effectiveness and customer experience
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with store teams
- Lead initiatives to drive sales growth and achieve financial targets
- Ensure consistency in branding, merchandising, and customer service across the region
- Address and resolve operational challenges in a timely and effective manner
- Proven experience in regional management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving targets and KPIs
- Ability to travel within the assigned region as needed
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in regional management
