    We're seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial, and technical Product Manager with a genuine passion for building products.     What You'll Do:
    • Own feature/product development from conception to launch.
    • Write detailed product briefs and requirements that clearly articulate the customers' needs and prioritize the details to build a solution.
    • Review and prioritize customer feedback and transform it into product requirements.
    • Define and analyze metrics to understand feature adoption and guide the development of new and existing features.
    • Foster effective and proactive communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Exhibit resilience in the face of obstacles and the ability to solve problems independently.
    • Contribute to business model innovation and drive product growth.
    Requirements

    What We're Looking For:
    • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally within the AI and/or tax space.
    • Deep knowledge and first-hand experience with AI/ML-powered technology products.
    • B.S. or M.S., preferably in Computer Science or equivalent technical degree.
    • Entrepreneurial / self-starter mindset who, first and foremost, knows how to get work done in a dynamic startup environment.
    • Knowledge of software development lifecycle processes and methodologies.
    • Experience driving product adoption and measuring critical metrics.
    • Ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals.
    • Experience leading in challenging and changing priorities.
    • Strong analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
    • Comfortable working across time zones and diverse cultures.
    You Will Be A Great Fit If You:
    • Are creative with solutions. We might solve the same problem with a plugin, or integration, or other ways - not just through web apps.
    • Are not shy about getting your hands dirty to meet deadlines - whether it's creating low-fidelity mockups or manually testing things out.
    • Efficiently prioritize work with the goal of delivering timely and pragmatic solutions rather than perfect but late-to-market solutions.
    • Maintain a strong sense of security consciousness, given the sensitive nature of the data we deal with.
    • Thrive in highly technical, engineering-focused teams.
    • Believe in "production or it didn't happen."
    • Can set aside ego and do whatever it takes to get the job done.
    • Believe that the best ideas win and can come from anyone regardless of position.
    • Are comfortable giving and receiving open and honest feedback to improve teamwork.
