- Own feature/product development from conception to launch.
- Write detailed product briefs and requirements that clearly articulate the customers' needs and prioritize the details to build a solution.
- Review and prioritize customer feedback and transform it into product requirements.
- Define and analyze metrics to understand feature adoption and guide the development of new and existing features.
- Foster effective and proactive communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Exhibit resilience in the face of obstacles and the ability to solve problems independently.
- Contribute to business model innovation and drive product growth.
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally within the AI and/or tax space.
- Deep knowledge and first-hand experience with AI/ML-powered technology products.
- B.S. or M.S., preferably in Computer Science or equivalent technical degree.
- Entrepreneurial / self-starter mindset who, first and foremost, knows how to get work done in a dynamic startup environment.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle processes and methodologies.
- Experience driving product adoption and measuring critical metrics.
- Ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals.
- Experience leading in challenging and changing priorities.
- Strong analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working across time zones and diverse cultures.
