- Managing Military Table of Organization and Equipment (MTOE) and Table of Distribution and Allowances (TDA) requirements
- Managing Hand Receipts of tools and equipment assigned to Accountable Officers
- Developing and implementing the PBO standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Attending meetings, preparing reports and documentation as needed
- Resolving supply and property management issues and requirements identified during the period of performance of the contract.
- Experience managing a team
- Proficiency with the GCSS-Army system
- Possess In-depth knowledge of supply program relationships, concepts and methodologies pertaining to Supply/Property Book Accountability and supply areas of logistics operations
- Experience at the Division property book level required
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of applicable supply and equipment management processes and related regulations
- Ensure effective accountability of all assigned property
- Thorough knowledge of analytical techniques and causative research skills to identify areas of needed emphasis to recommend improvements
- Ability to work with computers and management information systems
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing in English
- Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET Clearance
- Must have as a minimum a high school diploma
- Must have a minimum of five (5) years of Army property management experience
- Candidate must have a valid CDL for light vehicles.
