Description
The Program Manager leads the successful operations. Duties include planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and coordinating the efforts of a multi-site team. The Program Manager will serve as the primary point of contact to the Government customer.

The work to be managed by the Program Manager includes:

  • Initiate, receive, review, and determine the accuracy and completeness of personnel security
  • Responsible for the overall administrative management of the Contractor personnel and ensuring the achievement of all contract performance requirements.
  • Prepare personnel security files (PSF).
  • Perform database checks and inquiries, database and file maintenance.
  • Order and receive background investigation (BI) products from the Office of Personnel
Management, contract service providers, and other federal agencies.

  • Respond to Customer Service line for general assistance inquiries.
  • Conduct checks from automated repositories/databases in support of contract personnel assignments within Industrial Security.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Arts / Science degree or 5+ years of Personnel Security Supervisory/Management experience
  • Secret Security Clearance
