    We are in search of an Seasoned outside salesperson to join our vibrant branch in Columbus, Ohio!


    Does the idea of developing a strong client base in a thriving industry sound appealing? We are a nationwide company that specializes in temporary staffing for light industrial positions such as manufacturing and logistics. We are seeking individuals with intermediate B2B/outside sales skills, high energy, dependable, team-oriented, and are driven by goals and self-motivation.

    In order to be eligible, you must:

    • Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B/outside sales in service-oriented sales and/or temporary staffing (preferred)
    • Be familiar with KPI's/Metrics
    • Possess thorough knowledge of the Columbus area
    • Understand that this is NOT a remote role.

    The Account Executive is primarily responsible for acquiring new clients and establishing and nurturing strong, successful partnerships. They guide prospects through the sales process, from initial contact to managing accounts.


    Essential skills:

    • Proficient in all forms of communication, oral and written, with supervisors, peers, clients, and/or subordinates.
    • Building and maintaining interpersonal relationships; cultivating effective and collaborative work connections and preserving them over time.
    • Highly developed networking and communication abilities with a passion for fostering enduring work relationships.
    • Sales background (preferably in light and industrial staffing).
    • Demonstrated success in B2B Sales.
    • Familiarity with profit margins in the staffing sector
    • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite.


    Experience in:

    • Selling or Influencing Others — Persuading others to acquire services or change their opinions or behaviors.
    • Obtaining Information — Observing, receiving, and gathering information from various relevant sources.
    • Decision Making and Problem Solving — Assessing data and assessing outcomes to determine the optimal solution and resolve issues.
    • Staying Current and Applying Relevant Knowledge — Remaining up-to-date on technical advancements and incorporating new knowledge into your role.
    • Building and Sustaining Interpersonal Relationships — Forming constructive and cooperative work relationships with others and maintaining them over time.
