TRAINING COORDINATOR

You will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling training programs, developing training materials, and evaluating the effectiveness of our training efforts. Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule training programs, ensuring that trainers and participants are properly informed and prepared
Develop training materials and resources, including presentations, handouts, and online modules
Assist in the design and implementation of training initiatives, tailoring programs to meet the specific needs of different departments and roles
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, collecting feedback and making improvements as needed
Maintain training records and documentation, ensuring that all training activities are accurately recorded and reported
Provide administrative support to trainers and participants, assisting with logistics, registration, and other tasks as needed
Collaborate with internal teams to identify training needs and develop targeted programs to address them
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training, incorporating new techniques and technologies into our training programs

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of prior training or production supervisory experience in an Ethanol Plant
Strong knowledge of Plant Operator functions
Proficient in Microsoft, Word and Excel
Highschool Degree or equivalent

Location:

Levelland, TX

Salary:

$65K-$85K - commensurate with experience
