- Coordinate and schedule training programs, ensuring that trainers and participants are properly informed and prepared
- Develop training materials and resources, including presentations, handouts, and online modules
- Assist in the design and implementation of training initiatives, tailoring programs to meet the specific needs of different departments and roles
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, collecting feedback and making improvements as needed
- Maintain training records and documentation, ensuring that all training activities are accurately recorded and reported
- Provide administrative support to trainers and participants, assisting with logistics, registration, and other tasks as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify training needs and develop targeted programs to address them
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training, incorporating new techniques and technologies into our training programs
- 3+ years of prior training or production supervisory experience in an Ethanol Plant
- Strong knowledge of Plant Operator functions
- Proficient in Microsoft, Word and Excel
- Highschool Degree or equivalent
