    As a Remote Visual Inspections (RVI) Sales Manager, you will be developing solutions using RVI products, services and solutions. You will take ownership of creating and achieving your regional sales plan. You will build successful relationships with our customers to successfully deliver innovative projects and contribute to our business and growth.

    As a Remote Visual Inspections Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

    Responsible for selling Remote Visual Inspection (RVI) field services and Robotics solutions to customers in a defined region.

    Formulates and executes proposal strategy and sales agreements including long-term master services agreements (MSAs) for strategic clients.

    Formulates deal structure, pricing, proposal development. Assists in customer negotiations.

    Identifies new opportunities with functional partners to develop new products and services for business growth.

    To be successful in this role you will:

    Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 5 years of experience in Sales). Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Sales and Proposal.

    Prior experience selling RVI and/or robotics inspection services.

    Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

    Ability to influence others and lead small teams. Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.

    Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.

    Effective problem identification and solution skills.

    Proven analytical and organizational ability.
