    2/11/2022 Summary/Objective: The Roofing Process Specialist provides comprehensive support and expertise, liaisons with vendors, clients, and the internal team to ensure an efficient roofing process.

    Responsibilities/Essential Functions Manage and maintain files, records, and correspondence for meetings Type documents, drafts, and reports Arrange schedules for meeting space and conference rooms Prepare information and research for executive needs for roofing process Coordinates with supplement team for supplements and estimates as needed, taking before and after photos of homeowners property and uploading to Acculynx, learning a variety of advanced roofing systems, and how to sell and estimate other relevant exterior and interior trades (siding, gutters, windows, paint, as well as other interior related trades, if applicable)


    Work with insurance adjusters to get an agreement on the scope of work and pricing Communicate the results of the adjuster meeting (all details) to their SR, and update all systems (AccuLynx, etc.)

    Provide quality control, training, & accountability to teams of SRs on a day to day basis pertaining to complete account management (All SOPs, Account Management performance & customer service outcomes) Demonstrate expertise in insurance and retail roofings process Interview new hires for Covenant branch locations along with initial training and ongoing support Understand the financing requirement and make sure Covenant is paid in a timely fashion Weekly KP Education and Certifications:
    High School diploma required Associates or Bachelors degree preferred 3 years experience working within a sales/roofing organization Skills and Capabilities: Ability to effectively communicate with numerous people either by phone, email, text, or in person Excellent verbal and written communication skills Bilingual highly preferred Superb organization skills and ability to manage a high volume of detailed work Stellar interpersonal skills, accuracy, attention to details, proactivity and computer literacy Strong team player and willing to help others across the organization Proven experience with the sales/roofing process and ability to apply a working knowledge of each step required to bring a job to completion Proficiency in navigating and managing CRM details and ability to successfully initiate Docusign documents

    Physical Requirements:
