    What You'll Do:

    • Assist sales reps during more complex or difficult sales calls.
    • Regularly participate in ride along to monitor the progress of new and existing sales reps.
    • Recruit, train, mentor and develop commercial sales reps.
    • Conduct onsite sales presentations with the sales team.
    • Review sales activity and develop strategies with sales representatives.
    • Review and approve proposals.
    • Analyze and report pricing/sales and productivity reports.
    • Maintain communication between Sales, Installation and Service departments.

    What You'll Need:

    • High School or Equivalent Experience
    • 2-Years: Sales Management Experience
    • 5-Years: Successful Experience in Outside Sales
    • Prospecting Sales
    • Build Customer Relationships
    • Valid Driver's License
